This formula includes Black Cohosh, Valerian Root, Passionflower, Chamomile, Skullcap, Wood Betony, Hops, Capsicum, L-Theanine, and Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid (GABA).

It also contains Magnesium, Chloride, Sodium, Potassium, Sulfate, Boron, and a full spectrum of 72 naturally occurring ionic trace minerals derived from sea water through Liquid Ionic Trace Minerals by Marine Minerals. Additionally, it includes a proprietary blend of raw food enzymes.

Do not use if pregnant. Black Cohosh has been known to stimulate uterine activity and may induce labor.

Suggested Use

Take 2–4 tablets as needed or desired. For sleep support, take 30 minutes before bedtime. If restlessness persists during the night, an additional 2 tablets may be taken as needed to support continued rest.
